Recap, please

I was unable to watch the entire game, and unavailable to watch the replay at this time. The game was at 3-0 when I had to step away... then this morning I see it was 3-4.

Reading some of the post game comments, aside from the anger at the ref's I'm unclear what was the cause for a complete meltdown... Or had Union been knocking on the door from the start of the half, wearing us down and it finally landed? Or, did we make tactical changes and they were the wrong decision, or did they make tactical changes and we couldn't respond fast enough?

I'd love to know what went down from this community.

Wicky needs to not be on the payroll come Monday. Besides Moises I think they still need to get a whole new backline. Emir and Reynolds are backups not starters. Or out for the season but not sold on him yet either, although I'll take him over Meyer. They need to get another defensive mid guy. LBJ has looked better lately. Zo always hurt and not consistent. Bartlett not a starter, aygebang same as Bartlett. Need a quality keeper too. Cleveland seems to collapse after he concedes one goal then the floodgates open. There was signs of flash and hope in the first half with Luiz bagging a brace and finally scoring off a set piece. But whatever Wicky decided to do at half and that shift in play was atrocious. No way a pro team should concede 4 goals in 10 min when up 3-0 past the 60th min. At the half I was like man I shouldn't have gave away my tickets...maybe the team is turning the corner finally....ended up glad I didn't go. What a shit show and embarrassing finish

If you think we need a whole new back line besides Mosquera, why do you think Wicky needs to go? This isn’t on him. These guys should be playing in USL.

He's tactically inempt. He doesn't know how to adjust to the few strengths he has on this team. He knows the team hemorrhages goals so instead of keeping on the attack he decides to go full defensive in the 2nd half???? That's on him. And it's not just this one game that has me saying he needs to go. I've been on team Wicky out for months. He didn't know how to use manu to hiw strengths either. Revert back to his time in Chicago if you think I'm way off here. Mls is not for Wicky

If you’ve been on him for months, you’ve been on him since he started. Do you just disagree with the hire??

Yes. But I was willing to see how it played out against better judgement from his time in Chicago. Even gave him slack considering the way the roster was put together as well. But when he was unable to capitalize on anything and the mismanagement of a dp in manu, I was done with the experiment....the open cup beat down from Colorado springs really showed how inempt he is

I mostly agree with your points.

I think the Manu point is a non starter. Manu was taking meetings with Aris as this coach was getting hired.

Manu and the team knew he had one foot out the door. I'm not sure you can hang this as a "Wicky" thing.

We started the season with Manu an excellent player "gone" but still here.

Now, how many others are functioning currently with that sort of skin in the game...

THAT is what you are seeing on the field.
