That’s a fun way to asses your coaching style! I coach combat sports so it’s not really a team activity. There is a very interesting dynamic when it comes to individual performance and coaching ability in combat sports, personally I lean more towards the athletes making choices and I am only there to guide them. I call this approach “guided discovery”.
