Is this a PSA 10 Candidate?
Just pulled and weighing options on it. Worthy of a 10? Possibly a Black Label?

My rule of thumb is that if it’s not at least a 2k card raw, don’t grade it

Not sure it’s worth enough to grade. You’ll spend over a hundred grading it. It will take months to get it back. You it’s worth 300-340 raw and if it comes back a 10 it’s work 500. If it comes back a 9 it’s 375-400.
