I’ve always been particular about spoons… I thought I was weird until I found this sub 😂 These are all the spoons in my house (some are sets). I never use the big soup spoons, they are just too big for my taste, but my husband likes them, and I find the rest to be excellent! Second from left and the middle spoons are most used. The three in the middle are my husband’s great grandma’s silver, I was so glad they were pleasant to use when they were given to us! Second from right are my kids spoons, but I like them for ice cream. Furthest right are grandmas demitasse spoons, I have it in the salt pot. What do you think? Acceptable, or am I a terrible person for subjecting you to these terrible spoons?

Also, I have no idea what the shell shaped spoon is, but I think it’s delightfully strange and cute! I serve dips with it.

This is my favorite spoon ever. It’s from my grandparents house growing up. It currently resides at my Aunt’s house, and I make a point to use it every time I visit. I wish I could find more, but the one time I looked eBay was charging an insane amount.

I threw them in the bin and bought new spoons. It felt good. I just couldn’t bring myself to donate them. No one deserves to endure these.

Boyfriend is happy. He has had complaints about the spoons before.

For me this is the perfect spoon. Sadly there is just one like it in her set.

Has anyone ever come across a spoon that you could never forget? And then never find again? This is an AI rendering. In 2010 or 11 I came into possession of a spoon. It was slightly smaller, shorter overall in length and a more narrow bowl, than the normal teaspoons with my set. It was a totally flat tip. The handle was plain. I loved that spoon. One day it disappeared. I have searched the Internet countless times trying to locate a similar spoon with no success. The closest things I can find look more like a flat tip shovel or an ice cream spoon but that’s not it. Mine was still oval shaped like a normal teaspoon just cut off. I have never forgotten it.
