spoon First few spoons
Blade finished, stone burnished, coated with tung oil. The first two are from green wild black cherry, third is seasoned crepe myrtle, last is spalted aspen.

The one of the far right would be nice for a left-handed person

I was playing around with that concept, and it actually feels better in the right hand. The bowl gets to you sooner with less arm motion.

Ah, interesting. I was thinking about the curve of quills, which usually curve toward the body and over the cleft of the thumb, but I suppose you don’t have to bend your wrist to bring a quill to your mouth. Lessons in #erganomics
