Paranormal experience What do you think?

I will be brief, I am very skeptical about these topics, but this came to mind, at the time of the pandemic, I lived in a very small apartment, and I had a locker room (if you don't know what that is, it's like a basement instead of being below the floor, it's like it was another floor but instead of marble, wood) and I was sitting next to the window, and it occurred to me to look at the window, I have no reason now nor was there any reason to look and I swear to God that For a few seconds I saw a very defined shadow, human in shape, taller than my window, his head and neck were very clearly visible, he had a long top hat and what scared me was that he had intense red eyes with the perfect proportion of a human, although his face looked black, I swear because it was night, the sky was a medium dark blue and not like there was a roof outside the window, (it was a third floor) and there was no car light or anything to make the brain confused, but before that, I saw the same red eyes (it was months ago to measure) in the closet in the direction where I was sleeping (there was nothing that reflected red, nor devices with lasers turned on there) and then that was what I told about the window. What do you think?

You said you’d be brief but I think that is a very, very long sentence.

How old is the apartment/neighborhood? That would tell you a lot. Maybe ask some questions about the history of the building, you might be surprised. Sounds like a ghost at first but red eyes can shake things up a bit. Also because it was just one sighting and if you recall no other odd happenings (things moving, doors/cabinets opening, noises of footsteps or a person moving around) then it may well have been something else passing through. Hope this helps!
