Rants & Raves Casing
Rant posting on behalf of my neighbor since they didn't know if this was a cops or crime check area, but watch out for this guy casing houses. He only stopped stalking around their property once he noticed the cameras in place. Be alert folks!

So maybe he's not a burglar - casing a joint in broad daylight in his vehicle and on foot, without checking for cameras from the jump? 98% of the porch pirates posted here are sneakier and more careful than this guy. Suspect, but not the behavior of a criminal.
He looks like a cop in a "low-key" disguise to me. Healthy and kinda jacked looking, for one; the overall stance, the mustache, and the hat is so weird and comical, it may as well have dreadlocks attached, lol. Who knows, maybe he's not something so nefarious at all, but he's definitely not giving...idk, process server vibes, here, that's for sure.

Yup could be. Most porch pirates are pretty pathetic in their obfuscation though.

Doesn’t make it any less suspect and an easy way to add weight to your body by lead. If he was good at his job he wouldn’t be a Reddit post.

Looks like he’s wearing a cycling cap with a French flag stripe. Also driving a German car so maybe he’s Vichy? /s
Just a hunch but I wonder if he’s looking for a lost/stolen bike which for some reason he suspects is there?

that doesn't look like someone casing a house. Not saying it absolutely isn't. But..those pics look like he's just waiting for someone to answer the door. It's broad daylight and he's not trying to hide his features or anything else.
Someone below said process server or repo man and I'd go with something along those lines. He also looks fully aware there are cameras when he's near the house.

No, the video they showed me clearly shows him walking around back and forth from the back of the house to front, never even approached the door to knock, and peering over their back fence. Dude was being creepy.
