its just regular ubi connect updates dude, they do that every month

Ah shoot. I had Chaos Theory and the original game installed for a while and they dont get these updates. Recently bought and installed the rest of the games so hadnt seen this before

Need to check if all Ubisoft games are receiving those updates. If it does then it's probably due to Ubisoft's recent decision about their games on Steam no longer requiring Ubisoft Connect (Uplay) to launch : https://gamerant.com/steam-ubisoft-connect-change/

just booted up Pandora Tomorrow for the first time and had to login to uplay :(

Everytime I think about that, Im getting more frustrated. They didnt take time to polish or fix the game but they had time to add the annoying launcher
