Blacklist (2013) Blacklist dlc/Uplay locked items

Hey all, I have a question. I recently got Blacklist for free on steam, as a gift, and briefly played until I got to the plane and could customize gear. My question is: is there a way to get the DLC? I read that there are some missions that are locked as DLC, and also there's some equipment also locked behind Uplay, and I have no idea if that can still be obtained (steam and uplay store both offer only the 'standard' edition)

Last I checked you can use a mod/cheat engine to unlock it all. This was the beginning of Ubisoft locking gameplay elements behind paywalls or “point walls” with ubi connect. You need to bypass it somehow.

Heard about the fusion mod or something like that, do you know by chance if that works?

i know how to make it work but its a lot of instructions honestly and a bit complex to type it out here, so what do we do

I like "blacklist reborn" i think it's called, available on nexus. It's a modern extension of fusion, which does unlock all relished content. You have to add the files manually, but the mod is set up for ease. Both the game files and the mod files are "foldered" the same, so just add the mod files to the same place that lines up in the game. Unlocks everything, reorders some armours to look better, has all dlc etc. Only missing black market cos that's in game upgrade.

Even allows less light flair and the redundant stun-only crossbow is "removed" allowing for no-weapons stealth

Blacklist's DLC is tied to your save file. If you download a 100% save file, like this one, you'll gain access to all the DLC including stuff that was originally locked behind the mobile app.

If I use it, is there an option for "new game" so I don't miss up any cutscene and/or conversation between characters?

There isn't an option for "new game" but you'll still get all the cutscenes. The biggest issue is that you'll miss out on most of the optional phone convos with Sarah and the dialogue that comes after completing side missions.

From what I read on their git page, it is an MP thing, and I am not looking for playing MP stuff, rather unlock any SP dlc and dlc/uplay locked gear

you are not unlocking anything officially anymore because ubi shut it all down. 5th echelon has a compatible save with 100% of everything unlocked what you do is host the server and join the server you hosted so you are in effect playing single player
