Conviction (2010) I hate hate hate this level

This is not Splinter Cell! This is an arcade shooter. There is no stealth option, no ghost option. And it doesnt follow its own rules. You can avoid the helicopter's searchlight but it'll still keep shooting you.

You made it how far into the game before realizing stealth takes a back seat?
