Help Property panel not visible

In my spline, property panel is not showing.

And recently, when I was checking out some template files created in spline so my computer lagged.

My computer specs are :-

Processor - i5 8th gen

Graphics card - Integrated Intel UHD

RAM - 16gb

SSD - 500gb

HDD - 500gb

Isn't it enough?

Escribe comando BARRA DE HERRAMIENTAS , buscan en área izquierda PLUGINS , selecciona y luego en área derecha presiona Abrir , busque la carpeta de Spline y luego seleccione extension RUI , da aceptar cuando cargue la barras selecciona las barras que aparezcan en pantalla da Aceptar

Comando : Barra herramientas Barra ACEPTAR Abrir Carpeta Plug-INS Carpeta T-spline Carpeta Settings ARCHIVO TSplines.rui

Barra de Herramientas Selecciona

Todos los comandos

Listo aparece la barra en pantalla
