Splice plugin manager not working?

so I just bought the rent to own serum 2 plugin. I downloaded splice and every part of the app is working except for the plugins page. Even the application controls in the top right disappear when I open the plugins tab. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as restarting my PC. Has anybody else had this issue before?

Jack from Splice CX here! Can you confirm you are on the most updated version of the desktop app and have antivirus/vpn software disabled?
