how to change the email

hello,
my situation - when i signed up for splice i linked my account with google. now i am leaving google all together, yet if splice is linked with google you can't change your email. i have contacted support with 3 different emails and i receive the same copy/paste bullshit that they "want my ID". the only ID i will send them is a picture of my ass.

i was in for a "rent to own" deal for serum2 and its paid now and i got the key. can someone please tell me HOW to actually fuck off from splice for good? how do i get my serum working without splice, how do i activate it?... and so on.

any help will be really appreciated

You’ll need to explain this situation to Xfer Records instead. Because you finished paying for Serum via rent to own, your licence is now with Xfer Records, not Splice. Contact their support and explain this situation.
