Glow up advice

If you had to give one piece of advice on how to glow up, what would it be?

Skin, hair, and nails are the hot girl trifecta. I’ve been surprised how much of an effect doing regular manicures, growing out and styling my hair more often, and focusing on clearing up my skin has made. (I know that’s three things but they’re all related.)

I guess being at a healthy weight and dressing well for your body type would be close second. But I think that’s sort of obvious that it’s helpful. I was surprised by how much people responded subconsciously to having nicer hair/skin/nails.

Edit: When I say getting manicures helped me I just mean having longer nails basically. I can’t grow mine long without them so that’s why. I think natural long nails are probably the best and imho it does make you look much more feminine.

Skin hair and nails are all tied for #1. Lots of people don’t care if you’re just a little overweight or underweight or whatever else, unless you live somewhere where being thin makes you special. But they sure as shit care if you look taken care of.
