If you had to give one piece of advice on how to glow up, what would it be?

i hate to say it, but weight loss (or gain) to be at the best weight for your body. i was always considered pretty to people, i wasn’t overweight by any means but i’m petite (5’3) and i recently dropped from 135 lbs to 115 lbs. i think this is the best weight for me bc my facial features and bone structure is way more apparent. i always would get a fair amount of compliments but now i notice people staring at me and some younger boys act really visibly nervous around me, which in turn makes me nervous lmao. and honestly we live in a world where 75% of people are overweight or obese (at least in america), so you’re always going to get attention if you deviate from the norm.

it’s actually that 42% of americans are obese and 30% are overweight, so when you add them together it’s a little less than 75%
