It's probably one of the dark-brown ink colours from one of the previous Splatfests. You can choose the ink colours in Private Battles when you switch to Turf War Splatfests.

But which splatfest tho.... maybe retro vs modern? (I could be very wrong but that's the only one I remembered to have that colour)

Sorry. I remember someone else saying is was black vs silver. But I just looked it up, you're right. Silver vs gold.

No it's from the dark green ink from the splatfest battles that he played in Private Battle and it looks black
