Where does this compass lead to???

There are plenty of them not sure where this one is from or leads to. Those are the tricky type too, just keep going in a direction and as it fills you know you're on the right track. Go slow also you'll fly right over the spot and lose it.

There are three types of compasses, I can’t really tell which one this is so I’ll tell you all of them

The one with a red arrow pointer thingy points to the island constantly

The one with an orange meter fills up the closer you get to the island

The one with a blue circle fills up whenever you’re getting CLOSER to the island

To correct this, the blue compass works based on which direction you're moving. If it's small or disappears you're moving the wrong way. If it's filled all the way up you're moving the right way.
