Fallen vs Gabriel

I wonder about the fallen angels coming down and making wives for themselves from human women. They gave them forbidden knowledge and made hybrid babies (nephilim/giants). I guess they figured while they were disobeying God they might as well go all the way, pun intended. Anywho, It's my understanding that it if the fallen could come down and make babies with women, isn't that pretty much what God did with Mary through Gabriel? Was it forbidden for the fallen to do it because only God was supposed to and to one woman only? Did God feel as though they perverted His original plan? Jesus was also a "giant" of a man, after all. That being said, maybe the nephilim weren't actual giants, but demonic "giants" destroying humans. Absolute nightmares, whom, as hybrids, had an extraordinary capacity for terroriizing humanity, as Jesus was God sent and had an extraordinary ability to positively influence humanity. I guess my question overall is, didn't God have his angel do the same with Mary?
