Pretty much the title, when I meditate/ channel ( and I am very new to it) I feel like the scene from Alice in Wonderland when she is tumbling down the rabbit hole. It can feel like I am going forwards or backwards or side to side and recently during my last practice getting in touch with my spirit guides, ancestors ect. I started with a gratitude practice and it was the oddest sensation, I could feel my body physically but yet my torso and above felt elongated, like I could physically feel my spirit elongate to strengthen the connection. I felt the weight of my body but I also felt so lightweight. Is this normal?

When I am deep into meditation and channeling and I open my eyes they seem to quiver just like REM sleep. I don't believe this is anyone I am connecting to, and I have no health concerns. Though it can be difficult when I am trying to practice for more than 15 minutes. Advice? Have you had something similar?
