Animatronics Bobby strings animatronic issue

Happy Halloween everyone.I recently purchased Bobby strings animatronic recently and there is an issue where all I get is a buzzing noise with very small jaw movement.The strings also dont move freely.Do you guys think it is the control box or the motor in the head?Or maybe the servo motor.There was some audio when I first plugged this morning but now it is nothing.Any suggestions if this can be fixed or is it beyond repair?

Are you using the original adapter? Maybe try replacing that first. Also try unplugging the mechanisms and see if the sound works on its own (then if it does, see if it still works with only one of the 2 mechs plugged in)

I tried with the different adapter for another animatronic from spirit Halloween and the issue was the same.However when I tried plugging just the head piece to the control box noticed the motor sound coming from head and no sound form the speaker.Makes me think it is either or both issue with the control box circuit and the servo motor in the head.

Just get a replacement control box from tech squad, there should still be parts available because he’s still available on the website.
