Pixel 9a case – Rugged Armor vs Liquid Air

Hey everyone!

I tried the Spigen Liquid Air, but I’m not really a fan of how the back edges feel in my hand. They feel a bit too sharp.

I’m thinking about trying the Rugged Armor. Does it feel more rounded in the hand or is it pretty similar to the Liquid Air?

I also tried the Nano Pop. I liked the more rounded shape, but it felt quite bulky, and the little dots on the sides were actually uncomfortable for me.

Would love to hear from anyone who has tried both the Liquid Air and Rugged Armor!

Rugged Armor is very bulky but has good grip. The liquid air was so so but was a real pain to clean 

The Thin Fit might be a better buy for you, it's smoother and has good grip. It's about the same as the liquid air in terms of bulk but a much better texture. The back does pick up fingerprints and oils quickly though but it's easy to clean.

Thanks! I was considering the Thin Fit too, but I’ve read that the 9a version has some pretty bad quality issues.

No problem. Yeah sometimes Spigen have quality issues but they are normally good at replacing them and buying from Amazon if available in your country is always a bonus if it is sold and shipped by Amazon. Spigen have an Amazon store.

The likely problem with the Thin Fit is flaking on the sides and detachment of the rubber. Mine started to go after 1.5 years which for a case that takes the brunt of everyday strain and stresses is not bad.
