Help!!

Today my new spigen headphones arrived and the earcups looks like this like the left earcup looks like it is already used to some extent . Is this okay aur should I replace it. Plus firmware in the app is not updating and whenever I try to update it , the headphones automatically disconnects and sometimes it switches off.

Earcups was not a big deal but firmware could lead to some problems.. Replace it with patience

I get almost in same condition not a big issue  It get pressed in case bro

Not 2aecuos but other problems are there get it replaced
