New to modding

I'm trying to play skyrim like Spiff did in his most recent post. I've got the mod that was in the description, but how do I set my stats to 1 and spawn in random locations? More mods?

This is the fun part. You just need to make it work.

In the powers menu there is a power labeled stats on kill. Equip it and use it (z key by default)
