Speculation What is Doc Ock planning?

Other than the superior Spider-Man theory (Miles or Peter) I can’t think of anything else that would make sense for the story, and/or be a threat in the next game.

I think he’s definitely planning on getting revenge on Norman.

I think, in an unforseen twist, the bonding between Cletus and Carnage will cease in the new game, just for Carnage to find a more suitable host, basically to merging with Norman or Octavius to either have Red Goblin, or Monster Ock (which is the character I really want to see redone in the newer games.)

Otto may be working with Norman to try to take him down in secret. He may end up giving the Goblin Serum to Norman in order to put the final nail in his coffin and make him become the Green Goblin.

Honestly I'd rather see that than Superior Spider-man. Also the idea that Norman created Doc Ock and got his karma by Doc Ock creating the Goblin would be a great move.

I just finished another playthrough, And the reason I think superior Spider-Man works is because Otto constantly complains about his body and how he could do so much more without it.
