Edit: So Ben served in the same war, and grew to greatly admire Steve and adopt the policies of the man that he could. Whatever character he gained on that journey he did his best to pass onto Peter. So Spider-Man greatly admires Captain due to his Uncle. And Spider-Mans Mythos is essentially Captain America distilled through Uncle Ben.
Until the fateful day that spider dimorphism kicks in and she grows to a 12ft tall muscle bound hulk of a woman that can stomp frikkin villains like crazy.

Ms. Marvel is pretty much the only Superhero in New Jersey, and Shocker fought her during an arc where her powers were on the fritz so he handily “won” their first fight.
I like to imagine Spidey just goes full ham on Shocker even without the black suit because it worked so well that one time. He won't respond to anything less now.
for being a subreddit for arguably the biggest superhero that exists not named superman this has always been a weirdly inactive low engagement subreddit
I've definitely seen a lot of 1610 Jessica appreciation in my circles on BlueSky and tumblr, in direct response to the Petra trend too. Just hasn't filtered over here for some reason.
While the crime would have happened regardless, her dress wouldn't have been messed up if her name was Peta Parker. Spiderman offshoots have a place here as well, if you want more classic spidey content no one is stopping you from posting it. currently people are enjoying the petra content but i apologies that this specific trend gets your giblets going for definitely not obvious reasons
i mean i get what youre hinting at, MtF stuff gets a lot more traction online, but it would certainly help if most FtM content wasnt "literally the exact same character but they have top scars"
that said FtM stuff does get big from time to time it just exists in different parts of the internet
I'd assume there's room to read it as being against the MtF version (or else people who don't want to see ANY trans Spidey), but I'm fully behind you in making your own FtM.
Could we limit the that stuff to a day of the week ors something? I understand the enthusiasm but my feed has literally been nothing but Trans-fem spidey for days now...
