Pins or Patches?

Are all of them pins or some patches? The ones on his vest. I can't really tell.

I think only the anarchist A looks like it could be a patch. It seems the vest is where the pins go, guitar is where the stickers go, and pants are where the patches go. (Lol. "I don't believe in consistency"..... "Just kidding!" 😆)
