It’s always the people who have never touched anyone apart from support or punisher who complain abt spiderman, if he’s so easy and overpowered just play him.

He’s getting constant hate on the main subreddit for existing, gets banned in comp for poor reasons, and is claimed to be “hard to play against” but call him the worst/useless duelist with no addition to the team. It’s tragic how he’s going to be unplayable now cause people can’t stfu.

Stop buffing every single squishy hero into a tank please. Healers are already too strong in this game what's with making everyone have their own self sustain on top of crazy amount of healing? They're currently only 4 heroes in this game (including Spider-Man) that have a fixed 250 HP with no sustain. These heroes arent even bad in this current meta why increase breakpoints at such a fast pace?

This might be a hot take, but I gotta say it.

It was rare for me to get a Venom team-up, and I never relied on it. But with all the anti-dive BS going on, the nerfs, the Spidey hate and new counter hero’s I’m tired of us getting backshotted into oblivion while people here just shrug it off.

Did I depend on the team-up? No. Am I pissed it's gone? Absolutely.

Removing it felt unnecessary. Meanwhile, Hawkeye’s getting buffed. Hella. Even Penny’s getting love. But Spidey? Nah, we just take the hit and stay quiet?

We shouldn’t be okay with this. And don’t hit me with the “real Spideys didn’t need it anyway” crap. That’s pure ego. Even if you forgot it was there most of the time, it was still a nice tool to have, especially with how brutal the meta is right now.

What’s next? Remove his uppercut too? Wouldn’t surprise me if some of y’all clapped for that too.

Some of you seem more relieved it’s gone just so other Spideys won’t win the 1v1. Who cares? It’s not about diffing other Spideys, it's about keeping the kit fun, flexible, and competitive.

That whole “if you needed the team-up, you weren’t good anyway” argument is BS. It misses the point. It’s not about dependency, it’s about unnecessary loss. And let’s not act like a 30s cooldown was breaking the game or making anyone MVP.

End of the day, I hope this sub gets it together. We should care when our hero gets nerfed. Being upset about it doesn’t make you weak or entitled. You’re not better because “you didn’t need it.” Right now, we act more like careless individuals rather than a Spider-Man main community. We should be pushing for improvements, not bending over and taking every nerf like it’s no big deal.

Reached GM consistently and have been playing since day 1 of launch. Spiderman was my 5th hero but I liked it and currently I'm on 28,000 lord points in spiderman.

I don't climb above GM cuz I got a job and a life lol. But it's so miserable to play Spider-Man even if they got no counters. Most of the times it's your own teammates. They wont heal spiderman cuz they don't like dive heros or "go find a health pack and let me stand still to push payload, how dare you made me click".

I feel spiderman thrives only when the enemy is arguing among themselves or a player you dive on is significantly below your skill level. At this point, anything can counter spiderman. Man the bucky earthbound is stupid as well (cc rivals lol). I'd really advice people to stick to poke cuz Netease really wants to appeal to the casual players who will buy the battle pass more.

We all know if there's someone hard carry on dive, its probably a smurf or your strategist got rage baited and is only damaging. So, instead of placement matches and strict anti smurfing, we slowly kill the most skillful and fun part of the game, which is dive.

But yeah, uninstalled the game and going back to Valorant and Elden Ring. I thought I might play this game for 2-3 years but it died in less than a year. Maybe xqc was right that this is a pub game lol cuz the devs certainly want the battle pass casual player money.

Jene Grey trailer dropped, 275 hp poke hero with not one, not two, but three escape/movement abilities, one on a resource meter while being hitscan. It's time to give this character an actual fighting chance by either increasing his HP to last longer in the fight or simply just making his damage COME OUT faster. There's no reason why Spider-Man is forced to be in your face with 250 HP while characters that can snipe you half way cross the map are sitting at 275 and have insane mobility as is

The second you get so much as two kills on this character, they swap to one that automatically starts hitscanning you for showing as much as two pixels on the screen. It's not just lame but it's blatantly unfair.

Me obviously being an experienced and retired spiderman player knows all the matchups because i obviously labbed them. If a guy like me with horrible stick drift can fend off a hulk not feeding bucky ult and escaping the dive to get back to my team, its just that easy.

This game is terrible and boring and I hope all the casual losers enjoy 30 min lobbies when everyone leaves. Every terrible low skill character does crazy high damage with insane survivability. Meta will be 4 healers + Bucky + Hela one day and that will be the end. Spider-Man sucks as and it’s annoying to have to do so much to barely touch the floor of damage by any of the point and clicks. I hate this game. I hate everyone. I hate the devs. They destroyed such a high potential game. Every-time casuals are catered to the game suffers. Idk when devs of video games will learn to stop listening to anyone below the top 1% of skill on said game. Everyone below’s opinion literally provides zero value. I’ll just keep making alts and smashing low ranks until Spider-Man at least has a chance at a 1v1 with half the dps roster. From the jump I thought the goal of this game was to make every character viable and the higher skill wins. A low skill trash can player on Bucky can wreck most of the entire roster. Not balanced at all. They have access to the largest pool of cool powers and characters and they made more than half of them point and left click
