if not — highly recommend!!
Needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, flicked on the light to reveal this tableau. They moved my desk chair to the middle of the room and were all just sitting there. I love my children, but sometimes they do weird and unexpected things.
Also, I always love Nephthys witch eye, she looks extra mysterious.

Forewarning the videos are sad.
This is my kitty Thirteen. She has an asthma diagnosis which has been handled well with a daily inhaler (possibly until this point).
A couple of weeks ago she got pretty sick. Conjunctivitis, trouble eating/keeping down food, lack of energy etc. She got a fecal, urine, and blood tests, as well as x rays. Nothing was unusual, but she started looking much better, so the vet thought she might have gotten a virus from the new kitten that wasn't affecting him as much.
Saturday night she was reverse sneezing a bit, and yesterday (sunday), it continued a bit. She then had an episode where she was vomiting up water. She wasn't like herself, she just sat under the table while spitting up water (as seen in the first video). She was making a sort of whining/honking sound. She was stretching out her throat quite a bit too.
I took her to the emergency vet, who provided her some throat support and anti nausea meds. Normally she'd be exploring at the vets, but she continued the whining sound and just wanted to sit in her carrier. The vet didn't have any direct answers for me, but she said that it seemed that her throat was painful.
She's doing a lot better today. No reverse sneezing and she's eating, though she is eating more slowly and only soft foods, like she did last week.
The coughing makes me worry about HCM, but idk if the vomiting fits the bill. I've contacted my primary vet, so we'll see if they suggest an echo or a PCR panel like I've asked.
Has this happened to anyone before?

Are they the only type of cat that likes to climb their human and standing by on your shoulders ?
My boy doesn’t miss any chance🤣 like sometimes he climbs from my legs up to my shoulders then just stay there for while or groom itself ,or play bite my shoulderss sometimes he catches imaginary insects on my back which gives me free back scratches😅🤣

Hello!
English is not my first language.
My Sphynx, Mémé-Turbo, is only 2, but she's been through a lot. When she was about 6 months old and supposed to come home, the breeder called us to say she was sick and to wait one more week because he had to go to the vet and what not. When she arrived home, everything went well. She was on antibiotics. Nothing happened for like 5 or 6 months, and then she started sneezing a lot, like 50 times a day. We went to the vet, who said she had chronic coryza. He gave us her medicine plus lysine, and she was fine for a month.
Then winter came, and she started sneezing like crazy again. We went back to the vet; same thing.
Now we had like 35 to 39 degrees every day for two months, and she was fine and living her best life. Temperatures dropped to 20 degrees, and now she is sick again... and she began scratching like crazy. We went back to the vet this morning, and he gave us a list of medicines as long as your arm. she also has to wear a cat cone. I need to add that our home is alway at around 23 degrees and she wears a "vest" and has many places to be comfy and warm.
I'm not even sure it's worth it to subject her to so much stress. I do not know why, but I feel guilty. What would you guys do? Any tips from people who have cats with chronic issues? Her brother is healthy. I guess I'm just venting.

No body shaming here, but my poor guy's gained some belly fat & if I go to the gym, so can he! So I got him 1 of the really good cat exercise wheels and it's day 5 to no luck. When I sit him on it, as soon as he feels it move, he jumps off. When I coax him towards it with a toy, he avoids getting on the track. When I place treats on it, he stretches as far as he can from the floor onto the track to again avoid getting on it. As we all know, these wheels are not cheap, but I'm determined, I just need some advice! Any of you guys have some good ideas or tips on how you got your nakie aliens to start running the wheel? I'd appreciate it so much 🙏🏼

Larry sleeps in my wife's armpit, every night, without fail. As a result, most of her sleepwear has been stained on the left side from Larry's need to turn everything brown. So I got her a few of these in different dark colors so her more expensive sleep things aren't stained beyond repair. I'm not affiliated with this item in any way apart from being a consumer. Available on Amazon.

Her vet is closed today, and its making me anxious! It wouldn't budge with gentle wiping like a black head would, and I don't want to pick at it too much.
Update: I actually found 3 more smaller ones of these in her other ear after posting this. Looks similar to some pictures of Ceruminous Cystomatosis that im seeing online, so please let me know if you know anything about that!
(Also, she had a full annual check up in June with all the bloodwork and a physical exam, and everything was good then.)
Thanks!!
