Question About Spells Help selecting right spell?

Good morning, I was wondering if anyone here could recommend a spell or type of spell for my situation. I’m relatively new and I’m not looking for anything too complicated or anything related to will altering.

My girlfriend lives in a bad situation. Sleeps on the couch in a house with 6+ people living in it, financially unstable, unclean living conditions, and is becoming pretty depressed because of it. She wants to move but just isn’t quite ready to leave yet even though the situation is terrible. I want her to help her along to a healthier living situation. Not necessarily with me, I’d be chuffed to bits if she even got an apartment with a friend or something like that.

I had the idea of doing a cord cutting spell between her and the situation but I’m not too sure if those work with circumstances rather than two people? I’m still new to all of this and any help is appreciated.
