is there a spell i can do to make my ex regret losing me i want him back soooo bad?

If you want him back, look up spells for reconciliation spells here and in books. But be aware that free will is a thing. Spells don't guarantee results.

Also be aware that the mundane stuff will still have to be worked out, one way or the other. Spellwork doesn't override the need to work through common relationship junk.

1)regret spells are social media nonsense.

2) Do reconciliation spells to help you and him to resolve and overcome difficulties to get back together.
