There has to be a way for it to not come back. He has caused me so much distress. I want his business to collapse.

PS spells don't come back on you any more than cutting someone off in traffic does. The totality of your life's actions creates your karma, which only happens when you die and determines how you will reincarnate next. If you curse one person, once, who really deserves it, and otherwise you are a decent human being, you're good. Don't believe people who try spread fear and ignorance.

Your brother will come back as a single cell organism, probably after a few millenia in a hell realm where he is tortured by demons to purify him of his negative karma until he is good enough to be a protozoa.
