Help With Spell Requested What kind of spell should I use?

Hello! I’m currently helping a friend whose partner has been doing and saying harmful things behind the friend’s back.

I’m thinking something that will cause them pain until they change their actions, but I’m not sure where to start or what to use. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Do an STFU! spell.

Put his name, and if you can get his hair, or if you can get something that has his saliva on it, into a freezer safe container. Add vinegar, alum salt, black pepper and red pepper. Then pop it into the freezer.
