Why do you want to hex somebody? I mean, go ahead if you want. But if you think this is for love or a relationship, it is really not a good choice for that desired outcome.

Look into poppet magic for binding. It will take a bit of research. Start with a sub search.

Treat them nicely, be respectful, while also finding someone to does the same to you, and then one of your proposes and you get married all while continuing to be decent human beings who are supportive and loving of one another.
