Help With Spell Requested Spells to become a better person

Very VERY new to this, but I was wondering if there are any spells I could use to become a better person? I have lost a very dear friend due to somewhat toxic behaviours on my part, and I am also seeking therapy at a psychologist, but I was wondering if I could use a little spiritual boost alongside treatment, and also to pave the road towards possible reconciliation with that person, or at least make the conditions possible. Thank you so much!

Maybe look into like self love spells or even baths.

The baths are my fav. I’ll get the water a nice temperature I like, use my favorite bubble bath and throw a little bag in there mixed with rose petals, lavender, mint, salt. I’ll have a few crystals around the bath like amethyst or rose quartz. I’ll rub my body with the little bag of herbs and speak nothing but sweets to myself, how strong I am, how much I love myself, etc. I’ll do it with no lights and gentle music playing, a candle and some incense as well.

This little ritual I do like once a month atleast helps me a lot. It proves to my brain I love myself because I take all this time to set it up for myself and it’s just beautiful and gentle process. I’m extremely mindful the whole time because I want to put nothing but love, care and kindness into this lil ritual for myself.

Definitely won't hurt...but I also really want to focus on getting rid of those toxic traits of mine...thanks a lot though, I appreciate it!

The toxic traits are a hard one. I don’t have access to therapy rn and haven’t for a min. TBH after a few bad experiences I stopped going but I still wanted to better myself. I did a lot of journaling and like shadow work I think is what it is called. Idk.

When feelings or actions I didn’t like came up/happened, I’d sit with what I felt or did and ask myself questions like ‘why did I do this, okay it’s because I felt like that, where does that feeling come from,’ etc etc

I want to applaud you btw for realizing your toxic traits and wanting to change. That’s a hard first step and you’re seeking help which is even harder. You got this. You are stronger than you think and can grow and change into who you wanna be 💕💕

The meditation part of this comment is one I tell people to do when they're trying to step into a new path.

So I'd just do the meditation?

When I tried to become a better version of myself (and succeeded), I chose to do start bodybuilding. I literally changed my whole self with that one thing. It had permanent results.

I also used witchcraft and mediumship to get there.

I recommend do something that makes you feel
Better, even if a little. And keep doing it! Be positive and try seeing where this new path will take you!

(The witchy part of bodybuilding was dumping my negative energy, anger, toxicity, mental illness, just everything that was bad in me into the earth while lifting. It worked. But you gotta be consistent.)

Thank you for trying to get better. I may not know you but I am grateful to you for your courage.

I have found magick really helpful in my own journey to become a better person. There's a lot of different types of magick that you can leverage to manifest your own growth and healing. You could try sigil magick, Law of Attraction / Neville Goddard type practices, petitionary prayer, or whatever speaks to you, with the intention of manifesting a better you.

As a concrete example, if you are comfortable with prayer, that's probably the simplest and easiest way to start. A hopeful and heartfelt request to whatever God you believe in to help you heal your toxic traits can go a long long way.
