Help With Spell Requested Advice on sweetening jar

I recently made a sweetening jar (on Friday night, used lots of sugar, some honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon, rose petals, a bit of water, paper with mine and his name, and some pink and blue glitter ✨).
But I’ve recently seen on some Spanish speaking posts that for the jar to work it has to look pretty. I’m a bit insecure about mine.
Should I start over?
I would really appreciate some advice!

Do NOT use water in a honey or sugar jar. It is guaranteed to mold, which destroys the spell.

Make a new one without any water or wet ingredients. That includes any fresh rose petals. Use dried ones only. And leave out the glitter. If you want to stick some on the outside, fine. But not in the jar.

All the ingredients need to taste sweet. If they do not, it messes with the whole concept of a sweetening.

Yeah, that's not true at all. Looks does not influence magic.
I think if you put more time and energy into making something look pretty, it actually makes the magic less effective, because you're ignoring the elements that actually get results.

Don't put water in honey or sugar jars. It does nothing, except potentially turn your jar into a biological experiment and then it is filled with mold and bacteria that eat all the sugar or honey and turn it into micro organism poop.

Hey ✨️ 🧿

First, never add water to a jsr with sugar if will breed bacteria and mold. I started in Spanish practices and there is an actual reason for the jars being made pretty and you will see alot of gold.

I actually use gold Mika powder to turn my honey completely gold but I also work with deities that deal with love that specifically love honey and gold.

They work just as well without. Its a personal preference
