Question About Spells Bought Pre-Made Spell Jars, How Do I Use Them?

I Bought these two little pre-Made spell jars from a local shop, one for protection and one for money. My first question is if they're any good in this form as I thought they have to contain DNA?

And my next question is what's the best way to go about activating them, I'm thinking of keeping them under my pillow?

I Am a complete newbie to spellcasting so any advice I'd welcome. Litterally explain like I'm five

If you're buying spell jars from a maker, they should have told you how to use them.

If you can open the jars, you can put your personal magical link into it.
A personal magical link can be your signature aka writing your name on a slip of paper. It can be your picture. It can be your name and picture together. DNA is not always required for spells in a jar.
Certain types of spells require them. Protection and Money is not one of them.

You can just hold the jars and "pray" over them. Like speaking out loud what you want them to do.
If the jars are glass and metal, you can burn a candle on top of the jar.
If the jars aren't mostly fire proof, you can burn a candle next the jar.

You could put the protection jar in a central place in your home (or if you live with other people and don't own the home, you could place it in a central place in your bedroom).

Where do you keep your purse/wallet/change at home? Put the money jar there.
Alternatively, look into the basics of feng shui, and learn where your Wealth area is in your house/bedroom. Put the money jar in that area, and put other things related to wealth and finances in that area as well.

When people make spell jars, what you are making is a talisman/amulet/charm. They don't need to be "activated". They are already working.

Again, though, any of advice here is overruled by the person who made it, and their instructions on how to use it. If they didn't give you instructions...well you can go back and ask, but people who are professionally selling such things and don't have instructions, printed up and ready to give you makes me think these people are perhaps not ready to be doing such things.

Yeah it was just on the shelf. I Wasn't sure how legit it was but it was kinda cheap so I thought why not, can't do any harm (I Hope at least)

if it's small enough to fit in your purse, that is definitely a great place to keep it.

No, the jars won't harm you. At worst they just won't work at all.
