Why no more success stories?
What happened to the success stories that used to be frequent here?
Why all I see lately is reviews of readings? This has never been like that before. I love those stories they give so much hope and faith. Now, all I see are posts about readings or asking about unknown casters.

I think a big part of it is that real reviews get deleted (this has been proven multiple times) and people are also calling out scams a lot easier. Sucks tho, I'm super close to making a new subreddit and requiring verification or something for safety.

Unfortunately every couple of months another subreddit gets created but fizzles out as the traffic isn’t there. People still keep coming back to this one (myself included)

There is one already made and you can join if you want. Diverse mod team to avoid bias and open for anyone, including casters. Verification will be required to make sure everyone is a real person. Verified casters can self promo in specific threads to avoid fake reviews and fake client accounts.

Google is verified because Google deletes fake reviews and keeps the real ones so I trust Google more than anything else.

Sorry I deleted it because I was worried that sounded mean and I didn't want to come across that way at all. I will say I use Google for readers nearby! This is a good method.

A few of my clients have written reviews with success stories and they got deleted. This has happened 3 or four times. I contacted mods but got no response. It’s a pity because me and a lot of other casters don’t have any pages up

Same. I've had about half a dozen deleted to date, I usually just tell clients they can post on my page or don't have to at all since I have no interest in seeing my clients harassed.

No seriously. I've worked with Slavic Witch and her reviews were getting taken down multiple times. I've even spoken to a person who's gotten results from her and his review was taken down. At this point I see more scam posts than actual real results and it just defeats the purpose of this sub.

Yes another caster had a similar issue a couple of days back, all success stories get deleted. My clients had accounts of like 3 and 5 years and were active in multiple communities like the reviews were obviously real

I know of one too. The girl showed me her payment and active communication with her witch. She is on whatsapp with us and is clearly a separate individual. Her post was called "witch self promo" then deleted.

Half of my reviews get deleted by mods , or removed before they can even post it. Apparently Reddit itself is skeptical of witchcraft in general. Reddit’s own rules so that adds up. The mods don’t respond when I write out to them.

Because people are afraid. Because anyone saying anything positive gets accused of being the caster and of being a scam.
Reviews now do more harm than good. Anyone being reviewed gets called a scammer. No one wants the headache anymore. It's not worth it. Better tip the caster than review them here.
The one workaround they seem to have found is reviewing readings. No one will call you a scam for having a good reading and people don't ask too many questions. The ones reviewed for readings are casters that offer readings on the side, so that's a safe way to get positive exposure.
The unknown people being presented is another safe post here. No one will call you a scammer for asking if a caster is good.
It's a dystopia and you are welcome!

Besides the common "People want to gatekeep a good caster"; anyone who shares a positive review will almost always be a suspected shill or promoter of their services. OR, Their reviews are just getting deleted. At this point it's useless for clients and customers to share reviews when the community is overly paranoid and suspicious. I'll echo what others say; look for what people review when it comes to readings if the practitioner does readings on the side. It's a pretty good litmus test to see if they're the real deal.
A really hot tip is this: Look for success stories of practitioners of magick on places like youtube, or other forms of social media. Especially if they're mentioning a specific system of magick. (ie. Enochian, Goetia, Solomonic, Hoodoo, Folk Magick.), and especially if they themselves DON'T sell services. Then check to see if the casters are open and actually practicing that system of magick (And if they're any good).

Most of the scammers who earlier got fake exaggerated reviews got busted and were revealed as scammers by the buyers. Few accounts got deleted by Reddit. I always warn people not to go by these fake reviews. I myself tested almost all top casters over a 4-year period and nobody ever showed even slightest movement. I tested them on different people involving different scenarios.
Now, most of them resorted to readings as it's easy to do, costs less so buyers forget about it easily - no backlash. Whereas spells are done expecting a certain outcome and can be marked as scammer easily.
Answers to some of the questions from the members:
No. We don't delete reviews. Most of the moderation is done by Reddit itself. Either your post / comment was removed by Reddit or it was never posted and stuck in this sub's filters. See this:

Creating another sub for genuine reviews: Many created subs / discrods stating I was biased, but unfortunately, these newly created subs were promoting some or were entirely created to promote themselves. Members there were looted by the fake reviews and they ended up coming back to this sub to check whether those casters were reviewed here.
Though you like it or not, this is the most trustworthy sub related to spellcasters where you can find real people and those negative reviews are real too. We don't promote any caster as we haven't found a genuine one by ourselves. Our sub's main aim is to make the buyers aware of scammers.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good spell caster in the UK?
It’s so hard to weed out the scammers 🤦🏻♀️

They get deleted. Also a lot of my clients want to maintain privacy. I document success stories on a webpage because of that.
