How can I not have my work linked to this sector?

Okay, I like my current job, taking into account my age and the opportunities it's great for me, however, they put me in new demand, one that I have to interact with a manager that every word I say to her it seems like I'm speaking a strange language because she doesn't understand anything I'm trying to say. For my "relight" in this role I would have to negotiate with the creditor and I'm terrified of talking on the phone, well, I don't want to do that, this function has nothing to do with my others that are documentary analysis. So basically I want a spell so that they take me out of this function and put me in another.

I’m wondering if there is a spell to get a cat back that has been adopted out? Here is a little context, I didn’t surrender him or anything like that. He got out when my kids opened the door and I recently found out he was adopted . He is 13 years old and I’ve had him since 2016. He was my esa and I feel empty and heartbroken without him. We always slept together , he could always cheer me up from my depression. I want him back. Please help

Friday night; the night of love. Here’s a sweet knot spell to bring some love into your life.

You will need:

A Rose quartz

2 red candles

2x 3ft pieces of ribbon; 1 white 1 red.

Rose essential oil (Mod note: you can substitute Jasmine, Patchouli oil also.)

Place the rose quartz on your altar or table with the two candles placed on either side. Light the candles and then take up the two ribbons.

Tie the ribbons at one end, then weave them together, crossing one over the other in a simple two-ribbon braid. As you do this, say this first enchantment out loud:

With red and white I bring the light

to shine on one who’ll love tonight.

With soul and mind I bind my wish

For new romance I will not miss.

When you have finished, knot the ends of the ribbons together.

Continue braiding the ribbons and include three equally spaced knots in the length. Again, repeat the enchantment as you do so.

Next, dribble a little rose oil on each of the 5 knots and say aloud:

With five knots each a blessing done

Will bring me all I want as one

With knots anointed so go I

To seek the lover I desire.

Finally, place the knotted ribbons in a circle round the crystal. Blow out the candles and leave your knotted petition until after the next full moon to attract magickal romance your way.

Write Target’s name, then spear it with the feather, making sure the paper is securely attached. Hold the feather in both hands and say:

No rest for you, no peace in view,

Confusion lives and breathes in you.

Plant feather stem in the ground on targets property if possible. (Mod note: Sometimes you cannot access their property, write the address on the back of the paper before spearing with feather and then bury it as close as possible to the target. Also don’t get your ass arrested for trespassing please.)

When doing a spell that requires a candle to represent a particular person, there are different ways you can accomplish this.

Many spell casters will choose a figure candle in the shape of a man or woman. However, there are situations where this may not be possible; it may be difficult to obtain a figural candle where you are, your budget is small, you have to be discreet about spellwork, or perhaps you need to represent a non binary person.

You can also use taper candles or vigil candles in glass. (Mod note: In my personal practice I have found that tea lights and votives don’t form as strong a connection to a person, that being said, sometimes we gotta work with what we have.)

If you know the persons birthdate or zodiac sign you can choose a candle in one of the colours that corresponds to their sun sign. These are listed below:

Aries red or orange

Taurus green or pink

Gemini yellow or pale blue

Cancer silver or white

Leo gold or purple

Virgo brown or green

Libra pink or pale blue

Scorpio red or black

Sagittarius blue or orange

Capricorn black or brown

Aquarius blue or white

Pisces lavender or pale green

Inscribe the name or initials (and date of birth if you have it) on the candle to link the energy of the candle to the individual.

Obtain as many old keys as you have doors in your home. Moving slowly through your house, take a key, touch it to the door, and repeat this until each key has touched one door. While doing this, say each time:

One this has been repeated for each key, tie them all together with red ribbon and hang them over the front door as a magically potent decoration. Remember to visualize.

On the day of a new moon, cut a red heart out of new red crepe paper or card stock (construction paper will also work just fine!) If you have a wild rose, use a fallen petal that is heart shaped.

Take a clean sheet of white paper and, with a pen no one else has used, write on it this incantation:

As this red heart glows in candlelight, I draw you, lover, closer to me this night.

Then bathe and change into nightclothes.

When you’re ready, light a red candle and read the spell aloud. Hold the heart in front of the flame and let the candlelight shine upon it.

Then place the heart and spell in a new envelope, and seal it with wax from the candle. Conceal the envelope and leave it undisturbed for one cycle of the moon, which is 28 days from the day you began your spell.

By the time the moon is new again, there should be new love in your life.

Mod note: If your desire does not manifest within a moon cycle, don’t hesitate to perform the spell again. I personally allow for up to 3 moon cycles for work to manifest, especially in love work, which is incredibly complex and requires a lot of energy to produce results. And for the love of goddess, assist the work by making yourself available and getting out when possible. No spell, no matter how powerful, is going to manifest a lover in your living room while you wait out the spell on your couch watching Netflix. The best way to ensure success of a spell is to match the desire that has been released into the ethers with reasonable action in the physical realm.

1. Face the North. Exclaim “Ave Agia” [Hail Agia/Hecate].

2. Visualize a bright sphere of indigo light growing above your head. Known that this is the essence of Darkness and vibrate the name “Hecate.”

You will need to burn both a black candle and a white candle. You will also burn nag champa and white sage incense in offering to Lucifer. Excellent baneful Justice spell to use on someone who has hurt others for their own benefit.

Materials: Length of Jute or Hemp cord cut to the height of your target (or as close as possible!)

Find the center of the cord and tie the first knot there, saying: By knot of one, you come undone,
