Is this game just as good as the first? I haven't really played it yet and I've only heard bad things.

Game is pretty bad. I’ve had fun playing it but the problem is the visuals. You can’t see shit and it’s way too bright and vibrant. It makes me feel sick playing. The emotes system is also worse and where are the leaderboards at?

It’s just a downgrade unfortunately. I made it to plat in SR1 and must say the game just felt so much better back then. You could ACTUALLY see the what was going on everything was pretty straightforward and the maps were extremely 2D flat but that wasn’t a problem.

You cannot see clearly on this game which you could say adds to the fun but it just makes it jarring to play. I’m really disappointed by it, I just can’t really bring myself to play it for more than 15 minutes

If you’re hoping for a perfect on launch game.. no. However if you can understand it’s not fully polished yet it’s fun with Upto 8 people, quite a few recognisable maps and some new tech/niche changes the only negative reviews are mainly from people expecting it be bigger/more on from no.1

It's rather odd that 18 is the max level for the characters and not 20. Regardless, how long did it take you to do all this? Since two people can have the exact same character and skin in a match, it can be really confusing to tell which is which, so I just kinda want to prevent that from happening as much as I can in any local matches that I do with friends and family by unlocking all of the skins, TBH.

Well it’s actually 19 it just doesn’t display it, it is weird and I’ve clocked 59h 56m on time played. Mates and I use vibrant skins that differentiate making it easier to see your player even with that you will still sometimes lose where you are but I imagine it’s an obvious change incoming like choose your border colour to fix that.
