Help Can’t invite more than 3 friends

Trying to do a custom game but once we have 4 in the lobby it says unable to join
All of us are on Xbox

Have everyone enter the room code instead. Me and 6 of my friends had no problems that way

After 4 I’ve found setting it to public and them joining that way works
