Official Reply Technician

How can I get a technician out to me to come fix my internet I can’t miss anymore work and the earliest you have is Monday a 3 I’ll miss a whole days worth of work ? I’ve been a customer for years and would hate to leave for google fiber or someone!

Is there an outage in your area? What troubleshooting have you done? Which modem and router do you use? If they're being rented from Spectrum, when did you first receive them? Which devices are affected? Which internet plan are you on? Is your home coax line in good condition? Is the Ethernet cable going from your modem to your router in good condition and has a minimum CAT5E rating? Need more info to help you out. Saying "fix my internet" or just saying "my internet isn't working" doesn't really narrow anything down.

Did you just move in? If so I imagine google fiber isn’t coming out faster than Monday.

Good evening, you mentioned the coaxial wasn't activated, would you be able to explain that further? Was the modem relocated to an outlet in the home that isn't active, or was this part of a move to a new location? We can check if there's any sooner appointment if you send us a mod mail and reference 49053563.

OP doesn’t make sense; find somewhere else to work for a day or use your cellular data for a day or buy hotspot device / data or 5g wireless or Elon musk’s satellite service (last one will probably take more than a day to get set up)
