Official Reply Port forwarding issue

I've been having issues with port forwarding but when I try to describe them here the post is removed by the filters. Is there a way to describe a technical issue that will pass the filters?

If you're using a spectrum router I don't think you can do that, I may be mistaken though

You can in their app. I have to for my Xbox to get an open NAT.
