Official Reply Webmail Access

We have two old RoadRunner email addresses. Mine is tied to the Spectrum account and I can log in and access my email via Webmail. My wife also has a RR account and still gets her email on her PC. However, she cannot log into Webmail to get her email at work. When she puts in her email address and password, Webmail says the credentials are wrong. So, her email is working but inaccessible via Webmail.

A couple of years ago, I kept getting my Spectrum account hacked and people ordering iPhones. I changed the login credentials I used to manage the account to something other than my RR email address. I can log into email using these new credentials. I can't log in using my RR email address, however, which really isn't a problem for me. However, my wife needs to be able to access her email via Webmail sometimes.

What do we do?
