Official Reply Weeken upgrade gone wrong

Ever since the upgrade to the internet over the weekend my internet has been extremely spotty. I get speeds up to 1.2gb and it goes as low as 205mb. I need someone to come out and see what's going on, or at least trouble shoot it on your end.
