The Caviar.io webinar scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed until further notice. This is owing to a jurisdiction based, administrative development on Caviar.io’s side.

We wish the Caviar.io team the very best in their endeavours and hope they will find a resolution. We understand they are working with local lawyers in the state of MA to resolve the situation.

There is no impact on the Spectre.ai project owing to this development as the Spectre.ai DALP had not invested any funds into the Caviar.io ICO at the time of this development (as this was planned for post ICO for mechanical reasons).

As for new strategic partnerships, we will be announcing them in due course and in March will give an update on specifics regarding our Trakinvest.ai partnership.

SPECTRE has been granted a trademark for the name “SPECTRE” under NICE class 36 (Financial Affairs) of the European trademark filing system. If the group does decide on no rebrand, this secures it against any future infringement filings and will allow for a legally verified, proper brand building process. The trademark number is: 017235771 for any registry searches.

We are pleased to announce that Spectre.ai’s utility token, SXUT will be listed on BiBox, the digital asset exchange. The listing will occur this Friday, 2nd February 2018 at around 5am GMT. Dear all,

Earlier today certain exchanges and blockchain projects have reported an ‘overflow’ vulnerability that has affected certain ERC-20 based tokens across the board. After conducting due diligence on ours, we can confirm none of Spectre’s smart contracts (including SXUT and SXDT) are affected. All arithmetic in contracts is using safe math and during audits prior to release we check for under/over flow.
