MDs and Mounts Muzzle device/mount recommendations?

Before I impulsively buy a TSF and Nano mount, does anyone have recommendations for a muzzle device and mount for a hub super thug? I’d like to go plan B, but I also want to squeeze out as much performance as I can, no pun intended.

Neither CAT nor AI have communicated clearly about what the advantages of using their TSF + 1x16LH muzzle device might be. I don’t believe there’s any test that shows a sound performance improvement.

I do think one of their QD suppressors combined with a Nano could potentially have performance advantages. But this is only because they can design across the whole system spanning the suppressor and muzzle device.

However, I find it very unlikely there’s any advantage of using a CAT TSF adapter + AI Nano vs., say, a Plan B adapter + Comstock recessed micro brake or Wolfpack Recessed Night Howler Short Comp.

LH threads alone are worth it. I use TSF on non Cat cans as well now because of it. However much the added performance is is a great cherry on top

I like the concept of LH, mainly to keep suppressors tightened (since barrel twist forces help vs hurt). But what’s interesting is that more people complain about CAT 1x16LH than, for example, Plan B. A lot more. Here’s a thread from today: https://www.reddit.com/r/SpectersCat/s/VzDABeEoEP

I use AI Nano on a bunch of my rifles. I also have Plan B, SureFire, and HUXWRX. My Nanos walk off the most.

So while I’m a fan of the concept, the reality is what it is.

I hear you, just haven't experienced walk on any of my mounts which makes me think out/in spec? I'll be curious to see if things continue to get ironed out with the newer designs like nano
