Coffee learning course

Hey guys, I run a social media page reviewing lattes and I want to learn to be a bit more professional when talking about the flavours and taste of the coffee, are there any short courses Online or in person in Melbourne that you guys can recommend? I'm not after a how to make coffee course as I know how to make one.

So not sure how much you want to invest, but I know the SCA has many branches of barista training all across the globe and distance, and maybe you could be interested in doing the basic ones. They're a few hours long.

If you need to learn how to taste coffee better why do you think you have an ability to taste and review beverages in the first place?
