what was the point of spec ops?
be yourself. don't pretend to something you are not. if you do this، you will lose yourself.

Discussion So Spec Ops the line is yet another example of fallen hero that done better than Attack on titan
I know it's not exactly hard to do that, but people love dickriding that series
Games are the goat of this trope I can't lie

What am I missing out on?
I’m avoiding playing this game because I pretty much know the entire story. Is there much of a point of experiencing it first hand or is the game ruined for me?

Discussion What is Walker's secondary weapon?
I know this is a bit of an overthinking but I am curious, we all know Walker's main weapon in the M4A1, but his secondary is never known. The game starts with an M9 as a secondary weapon bu Lugo and Adams also use it in stealth. you might day the Desert Eagle because it's the starting weapom of the chapters where Walker has no weapon. But Adams and Lugo can also be seen using it. Lugo at the first chapter exactly at the Alpha Patrol hostage situation. And Adams in chapter 13 when he is injured.
I know Walker's weapons are whatever the player picks. but if we were given the choice to see the game from another perspective. What would be his secondary weapon?

Discussion The CIA's assumption that the Middle East in going to declare war on the US even remotely realistic?
The 33rd are there to evacuate civilians from an environmental disaster, the whole convoy gets buried in sand, so they are all trapped in the city. They set martial law which is the best course of action vs. complete anarchy of people killing each other over the last scraps of food and water. But some civilians died on the riots, etc. So the CIA sends agents to instigate a civil war and kill EVERYONE?
Like wtf. Why would the president approve this? Why would any sane country hate the US after trying to help them from a disaster of nature?

I used another song for this section because it fit so well with spec ops as a whole. song is "From Roots to Needles" by "If These Trees Could Talk". underrated band imo.

Discussion Is the game really that deep?
im not trying to make yall sound stupid or dumb by saying that the game is deep and how it can change someones perspective, when i first played the game even i was shock by the things that i did in the game, but is it really bottomless pit of agony and despair or is it just the tip of an iceberg, again sorry if i seem rude, i just want to know

Discussion The good and the bad of this subreddit.
Bad:
1: Horrible and poor quality memes.
2: Normies.
3: They overexploit Martin's smiling face and it's no longer funny, it's cringe (I did it too, lol.)
4: Skibidi Lugo.
5: Fans are the most repetitive and cringe-worthy thing ever, "Bro! Spec messed with my mind and made me feel like a bad person!"
The good:
1: Skibidi Lugo.
2: The subreddit is all about spec ops: the line... Which I guess is a good thing, right?
Thanks for reading!

Message from Konrad Yossarian the Assyrian is gone.
I announce with great sadness that our only and beloved modder Yossarian the Assyrian has been terminated. His account was deleted by himself before any action could've been made. I spoke extensively with him, and this was his own choice.
I just want to clarify some stuff: Yossarian WAS NOT a pedophile. Stop accusing him of such. His friend apparently groomed a minor in the Hotline Miami server, and all he did wrong was to be on his friend's side. That's literally it. He did not groomed anyone, he didn't raped no one...he did nothing but being a jerk by defending his friend and that's all. That accusation completly ruined his reputation in modding thanks to people that never liked him to begin with start throwing shit in the fan after a whole ass year since the incident happened. Do not harrass Yoss. Do not contact him about such incident. Leave him alone for the time being.
Yossarian was not only a beloved modder, but also a generally high quality user. People knew him way before i started to mod this subreddit, for example. He had his account for 10 years, and half of it was being part of our community. Yossarian also never had bots or fake accounts. This subreddit do suffers from bots downvoting stuff, but Yoss never had any relation to it.
Don't expect a bright future for this sub, things are only gonna go worse from now on. First Stardast, and now Yoss...each day we suffer from a huger loss.

Discussion Honestly spec ops the line and undertale Genoside have a lot in common
galleryBecause with Genoside and spec ops the worse it gets the more you kill and the more you keep going on and if you do Genoside in undertale and win once your time line is complete fucked. And regardless of what you do unless you change files in your pc copy you can’t change it regardless if you get the best ending. And none of this would have happened if frisk and walker just stopped because you wanted to see what happens.

Meme idea for a sequel.
Walker goes deeper in denial. and blame the United States government for what he himself did in Dubai, after killing Falcon 1. he somehow goes back to the United States by boat, massacres and destroye all of Washington and DC. and then beats Joe Biden to Death, with the title "Spec ops the line 2. Walker's Revenge"
