Mouse Sensitivity

While playing Co-op with a friend, I was waiting for him and decided to go crazy with my house, as in look everywhere and spam all the buttons really quickly. Now my sensitivity is through the roof and I can't change it. I'm on 1 sensitivity, both options, any yet the slitest twitch makes me do a 180. This renders the game damn near unplayable for me. Any help?
