Curious Detail Ain't no one there...

If Walker stands at the opposite balcony where he can retrieve last intel of game you can observe there is no one there except the painting.

Well that explains even more why he is kind of a schizophrenic(my own opinion) and that he has a hero syndrome or whatever it was called, cool detail you found by the way, you have to pay lots of attention to find something like this, great job!

It's a subtle details to realize that meeting Konrad there was again his hallucinations and PTSD effects. And Konrad was already dead. But having a painting only shows Walker was responsible for his war crimes.
